Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
You may request a cancellation of your application within 24 hours of placing your order, provided that our internal processing has not yet commenced. In such cases, we will issue a full refund of all fees paid, minus any nominal bank transfer or payment gateway charges that are outside our control.
If our team has already begun the verification and registration process for your document, we cannot offer a full refund because we have already incurred administrative costs and used DVLA resources on your behalf. However, we remain open to discussing partial refunds or credits if exceptional circumstances apply. Non-Refundable Situations
- Orders that have already been submitted to the DVLA database for registration and are in the final stages of processing.
- Applications where the client has provided incorrect or incomplete personal information, leading to delays or rejections that are not the fault of our service.
- Requests made more than 14 days after the delivery of the physical licence document, as we consider the transaction fully completed at that point.
- Any service fees related to expedited processing or priority delivery, once those services have been activated and performed.
We strongly advise all clients to double-check their personal details before confirming their order, as errors in name, address, or date of birth can cause delays that are outside our control.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund or cancellation request, please send an email to our dedicated support team using the address below. Your email must include your full name, the order reference number, and a clear explanation of why you are seeking a refund. We will acknowledge your request within one business day and provide a formal decision within five working days. If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
