Our standard delivery option is Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is the most secure and reliable method for important documents within the United Kingdom.

For standard orders, we aim to dispatch your licence within 2 to 4 business days after we have completed the registration process with the DVLA. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1 to 2 business days to any UK address. For clients who require their licence urgently, we offer an expedited priority dispatch service that cuts the processing time down to 1 business day, with guaranteed next-day delivery after dispatch. Please note that priority processing incurs an additional fee, which is clearly shown at the checkout stage.

Address Verification and Accuracy

To avoid any delays or misdeliveries, we require that you provide a complete and accurate UK postal address when placing your order. This includes your flat or house number, street name, town or city, and correct postcode. We strongly recommend using the address as it appears on your official correspondence, such as utility bills or council tax statements, to ensure consistency with DVLA records.

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. UK Driving Licence Centre cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the client. If you realise you have made a mistake after placing your order, contact us immediately via email so we can attempt to amend your details before dispatch.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reach out to you for the correct information. In such cases, you may be subject to an additional shipping fee to cover the cost of resending your document.

Packaging and Security

Delivery Delays and Lost Packages

International Shipping

Currently, we only deliver official driving licences to addresses within the United Kingdom. This includes England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not offer international shipping for our documentation services because the UK driving licence is issued by the DVLA specifically for UK residents and drivers. If you are a UK resident temporarily abroad, we recommend using a trusted friend or family member’s UK address to receive your document, and we can arrange for them to forward it to you.
